read through carefully our Chartering Terms & Conditions
before booking. By booking with Fish Eye, you agree to
accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these
terms and conditions of chartering our vessels. |
PRICE
& INCLUSIONS: All
rates are quoted in US DOLLARS,
payable to Fish Eye
Pte Ltd (referred to as FISH EYE).
Rates are based on per day charter and solely for
raw boat and crews only. After booking is made,
a confirmation will be sent to you showing the deposit
you have paid and invoicing balance due.
DEPOSIT: 20% confirmation deposit
fee is required at time of booking.
FINAL PAYMENT: Due no later than 60 days
prior to charter dates.
FORM OF PAYMENT: Telegraphic Transfer,
Cheque or Cash payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: From time
of booking and up to 60 days prior to departure,
a voyage credit certificate will be issued in the
amount of 20% deposit in the name of charterer and
will be valid up to two years from date of cancellation.
60 days to 45 days prior, 50% of total deposit rate
will be forfeited. There will be no refund for 44
days or less. No refunds for unused portions or
“no-shows”.
CHILDREN: No children under the
age of 10 years old will be allowed. An adult must
accompany children 10 to 16 years at all times.
Children will be the sole responsibility of their
parents.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend
the purchase of trip insurance. By declining insurance,
passengers assume any financial loss associated
with the trip as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
DIVING: Divers must present a current
internationally recognized diving certificate in
order to be allowed to dive. Divers are also required
to fill out a diving history form and sign a waiver
of liability. The latest dive equipment is available
for rental onboard the vessel. Please advise
at time of booking if rental is needed.
It is recommended to bring your own dive equipment.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: A valid passport
is required. It is the passengers’ responsibility
to determine and fulfill passport and visa requirement
applicable to them. There will be no refund if Singapore
or foreign immigration officials deny passenger
boarding or debarkation in any port for lack of
proper documentation.
DOCUMENTS: Will be sent approximately
14 days prior to departure.
COMPLAINTS: Any problems, which
may arise during a voyage, must be raised immediately
at the time with the ship’s captain.
SPECIAL DIETS: There is no inclusion
of special meals (e.g. vegetarian) in your package
unless otherwise stated.
GRATUITIES: Gratuities are at the
discretion of the individual guest and are generally
handled at the end of the voyage. As a general guideline,
gratuities are based on US$10.00 per guest, per
day.
CLOTHING: Casual attires are allowed
onboard our vessels, no need for evening wear. Swim
wear will not be allowed in wheelhouse, saloon and
cabins. Jewelries are not recommended. The tropical
sun is intense so be sure to bring a hat, a pair
of sunglasses, and sunscreen lotion.
BAGGAGE: Baggage should be limited
to soft luggage. There is no storage space for hardcover
suitcases. Baggage of any variety shall contain
only personal effects of passenger. FISH EYE shall
have no obligation or liability of any loss of,
or damage to fragile or perishable articles. Therefore,
it is recommended that all baggage be insured. Passenger
shall not carry as baggage, or bring onboard, weapons,
explosives or flammables or other dangerous or harmful
articles of any kind, including narcotic drugs.
Liquors of any kind will not be permitted on board
and this will be strictly enforced in cabins.
VALUABLES: Due to nature of voyages,
personal property should be limited to what is appropriate
to the voyage.
SMOKING: Smoking is allowed in
open-air area only. NO SMOKING BELOW DECKS. This
will be strictly enforced for your own safety and
comfort.
ELECTRICITY: The electrical current
onboard is 220 volt, 50 cycles. Outlets are straight
3 pins type. Limited supply of converters and special
adapters are available onboard the vessel.
HEALTH NOTICE:
Passengers must be in reasonably good health without
physical disabilities for our voyages. By forwarding
the deposit for passage, the passenger certifies
that he/she does not have any physical disabilities
or other conditions that would create a hazard
to himself/herself or the other passengers.
MEDICAL CONDITION/PHYSICAL DISABILITY:
Any medical condition or physical disability must
be reported to FISH EYE when a reservation is
made. FISH EYE reserves the right to refuse or
revoke passage to anyone who is, in its sole judgment,
in such physical or mental condition, as to be
unfit for travel, or who may require care and
attention beyond which FISH EYE can provide. FISH
EYE will not be responsible or liable for any
complications to a pregnancy, which arise or occur
during a voyage. Physically impaired passengers
and their companions must sign a statement releasing
FISH EYE from any or all responsibilities associated
with their handicap, relative to their ability
to use shipboard facilities and in the event of
an emergency.
DELAYED OR CANCELLED VOYAGES:
In the event of strikes, lockouts, stoppages,
or labor riots, weather conditions, or any reason
whatsoever, FISH EYE has the right to cancel,
advance, postpone or substitute any scheduled
voyage or itinerary without notice. FISH EYE may,
but is not obligated to substitute another vessel
for any voyage and cannot be liable for loss to
passengers by reason of such cancellation, advancement,
postponement or substitution. Due to the nature
of our voyages, itinerary changes may be made
while trip is in progress to take advantages of
local events, to adapt to current sailing conditions,
or in response to other factors. If any voyage
is withdrawn prior to sailing date, FISH EYE’s
liability is limited to a refund of monies received
at time of cancellation. Reservations are subject
to change in the event of a full ship charter.
RESPONSIBILITY: FISH EYE’s
responsibility does not extend beyond the vessels.
Any arrangements or cost made by or for passengers
before boarding or whenever disembarking, are
at the passenger’s own risk. FISH EYE shall
not be responsible in any way whatsoever for any
damage, loss, injury or death arising out of services
provided ashore or by any airline, hotel, motel,
ground carrier or any other provider of any services
provided or offered in addition to ship’s
voyage. Money, jewelry, cameras, optical devices,
watches, gold, silver or electronics are not baggage
and are carried at passenger’s sole risk
with no liability to FISH EYE. FISH EYE is not
responsible for personal injuries, illness or
death resulting from any peril of the seas, or
cause not within FISH EYE’s direct and sole
control, or not resulting from the sole and direct
negligence of FISH EYE. FISH EYE shall not be
liable in any way whatsoever for any damage, which
might occur during voyage to personal dive equipment.
NOTIFICATION: While every effort
is made to adhere to the specifics mentioned in
this form, changes may be required at times. Therefore,
all prices, itineraries, and other information
are those in effect at the times of printing,
and are subject to change without notice.
