THAILAND
Diving and exploring the Andaman Sea
Thailand's diving possibilities are
almost endless. With world-class dive sites, heavenly
tropical islands and immaculate white sand beaches,
Thailand's undersea kingdom is the perfect destination
for a dedicated or casual diving holiday.
Diving environments range from deep underwater mountains,
to breathtaking pinnacles rising out of the sea,
from shallow pristine coral gardens to dramatic
under-sea formations |
|
created by huge granite boulders, from plunging limestone
walls to large dramatic caves.
 |
The Andaman Sea, separated from the
Bay of Bengal by the Andaman-Nicobar Ridge, is part
of the Indian Ocean. Thailand's Andaman coast extends
for 870 km from the Surin Islands on Thailand's
border with Burma to Tarutao National Park (setting
of "Survivor Thailand") bordering Malaysia.
Hundreds of islands are reached by boat from Phuket
and Trang, many of them uninhabited and fringed
with spectacular coral reefs. |
To see the real Phuket, get off the beaten track.
You often won't even find a single footprint on the
beach.
Our vessels covers the Andaman Seas, namely areas off
the less explored Trang Province including;
• Hin Daeng
• Phi Phi Island
• Similan Islands
• Surin Islands
• Mergui Archipelago
